Thank you for shopping at The Borough.
If you are having issues with your recent order we offer a product exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@shoptheborough.com.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded; this does not include free shipping events.
